Cairn Leadership school has combined two different sources and philosophies for its base curriculum. This combination allows Cairn Leadership School to provide you with the widest array of options.

Participants will take the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Interpretation (MBTI) that is drawn from MBTI resource material. Cairn Leadership School draws a variety of pertinent information from the MBTI material and is used toward team building and how different personality types work together.

The School has also taken its initiatives, ropes courses and team building games from Adventure Education. Adventure Education specializes in bringing groups together so teams can work more efficiently by increasing trust and communication. All of the elements that Cairn Leadership School draws from, targets team interaction through pushing the team to a new level of interacting. In the case of your team, the adventure does not lay in the North Woods but, within yourselves. 

In addition to these cornerstones, each facilitator at Cairn Leadership School brings with them their own unique experience in management, team building and group facilitation.
