The People

Cairn Leadership School is currently working with a cadre of facilitators with a wide range of experiences and qualifications. Although this is a diverse group they all have the same love of the outdoors and excitement for team building. Some of our staff comes from the human services field where as others come from the business world. All of Cairn Leadership School staff are trained ropes course professionals and all work hard to provide a safe and challenging program. They also pursue continuing education as part of Cairn Leadership School’s continuous improvement. Some of our staff have even gone the extra step and are either currently a Maine Guide or are in the process of becoming one.
